Update: I am now convinced after digging that Bubble IS being rate-limited by OpenAI as all API Calls are made from one server. Very stupid and we have no way of hosting the server ourselves. Please reach out to Bubble and urge them to raise/have it raised.

Yes, and also, don’t forget other API calls to OPENAI works! Only the create image endpoint does not work!
So it’s not a global OPENAI - BUBBLE Problem. Only for this endpoint : https://api.openai.com/v1/images/generations
Hi everyone i am also getting the same bubble related error 1015 for Dalle 3 and not sure what is causing the error I tried different api keys and different accounts as well

Alright guys, this issue has been resolved (for now). We made a good effort in contacting Bubble and OpenAI and it seems one of the parties have made some changes, though I do not have confirmation on this, the API calls for DALLe is now working.

The interesting part though was that I tried a different API key, also from Bubble, and it worked. So

I’m encountering the same issue as some of you have reported. Interestingly, when I send requests from Cloudflare Workers, I receive an Error 429 (1015). This problem started yesterday and now occurs 100% of the time when using Cloudflare Workers. However, when I make requests locally, everything works fine without any issues. I am using the same API key for both Cloudflare Workers and local requests.
This issue only arises when I try to access the DALL-E 3 model.

Same problem here at this time, it’s been 2 days since I can no longer generate images with DALL.E 3 with API and get 429 / 1015 error code.
1015 error code seems to be a cloudflare error code, so I think my server IP is blocked by cloudflare…
For the same API Key it works for example on dalle3-playground (dot) pages (dot) dev , but not on my server…
OpenAI Support team does’nt reply, so what can I do?
Has anyone who had the same problem found a solution?

I’m experiencing this issue today too and have sent Bubble Support a request for them to look into it. I also copied a URL to this thread.
I’m assuming there’s no API workaround at the moment? Except moving to another AI image generation service.
Dall-E has been horrible for the last month. It’s essentially become useless.
Hi, I have the same problem today, it works 1/3 times, and otherwhise I get this 429 / 1015 error, of course I’m tier 5, have credits on my account, using the new “project API” key and it was working perfectly a few hours ago. I cannot see any problem with Dall-E 3 on status.openai.com and anyway the error occured randomly not all time. Any idea ?
