Enable User-Authorized AI Stock Trading

I’d like OpenAI to reconsider the blanket restriction on user-authorized agentic stock trading.
I connected a dedicated brokerage account specifically for testing agentic trading with a very small amount of money ($20). The system can already read the account, scan the market, check tradability, generate a live order preview, show current quotes, and receive my explicit confirmation. However, the final trade submission is still blocked even after I clearly approve the order.
I understand the need for strong safeguards around financial transactions, but I think there should be a safer middle ground instead of a total block. For example:
Require a dedicated agentic trading account.
Let the user set hard limits on account size, trade size, asset types, daily losses, and maximum open exposure.
Require a live order preview before execution.
Require explicit user confirmation for real-money trades, at least until the user chooses a more permissive mode.
Keep options, leverage, margin, shorting, penny stocks, and other high-risk products restricted unless separately approved.
Provide a full audit log of every decision, order, fill, and result.
Allow users to start with very small amounts and build a performance history over time.
The purpose of my test is not reckless trading. It is to see whether an AI agent can learn from documented outcomes, improve its strategy over time, protect capital, and pursue small repeatable returns under strict limits.
Right now the experience is confusing because the trading integration exposes a real order-placement workflow, but the platform prevents the final transaction even after the user has connected the account and explicitly confirmed the trade.
A controlled, transparent, human-authorized trading mode would be much more useful than blocking the capability entirely.

Adding my case. I ran a dedicated Robinhood agentic account ($1,500) with a rules-based grid: $20 rungs, $100 max per name, ~$500 cash buffer, every order logged and audited. The agent placed orders from late September through Oct 9, then hit this same block. The controls asked for here — dedicated account, hard limits, live preview, explicit confirmation, full audit log — were already how I ran it. A blanket block kills exactly the responsible use case. Please consider a controlled, user-authorized trading mode.
