Can’t believe a year on, the toggle in Stripe to enable this function hasn’t simply been switched to “enabled”.
Presumably ChatGPT are fine with thousands of people hammering the “support” email address to request a copy of the invoice and using compute to deal with it.
Well, I guess I’m now automating this using Zapier. It’s a pain in the ass, but at least just need to do it once and then hopefully will automatically get the invoices each month.
+1 please. Unless you are planning to introduce this as an enterprise feature to push upsell, it is starting to feel like an itops hostile decision not to offer it.
I guess it is not technically difficult, just openai makes it “easier” to get a yearly subscription in order to download only one invoice per year. Right?
We use ChatGPT to automate and be more productive.
It doesn’t make sense that we have to manually log in and download each invoice just to send it to the accountant.
OpenAI wouldn’t even need to build a new feature — they could simply enable invoice emailing in their Stripe dashboard.
