Downloads are not working in app or web

so - I get it to do tons of useufl stuff for me; one big one is writing jupyter note books or modifying code; but getting it out the text window is hellish - so I prefer asking it to give me the files. was all well and good but these days it never works. I pay 60 quid a month for my org to use it, and without this feature, I can’t really justify the cost, so I’m wondering if it will ever get fixed, or do I cancel and plod along…
