Downgraded the plan and no response in 24h

Hey guys, I guess you are all busy these days, unfortunately I am not getting feedback from the help chatbot in 24 hours and I would like to know how can I help you more than maintain the calm. I am a year openai addicted and I would like to help openai grow and keep up with quality, including when I am paying for the service and suddenly had my downgrade in my chagpt plus. Also, I am clicking in Renew Plus and nothing happens.

My solicitation is among the “I paid for ChatGPT Plus but can’t access the service” tickets.


Update. I tried to change the language from Portuguese PT-BR to English EN-US and it worked :partying_face:. Please guys take care of ‘Renew Plus’ endpoint in other languages. Thanks.
