I get this is not for support but support is being unhelpful.
After switching to ChatGPT teams we are still all being charged for our individual accounts.
This was the response from OpenAI

First off, we’re very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. As we’ve scaled quickly, we have been working hard to catch up with all the interest and outreach from customers like you. We strive for much faster response times and are working on improvements to get back faster.
We want to inform you that you can access your billing details as long as you have an active subscription to ChatGPT Plus.
However, upon investigation there is no active subscription under your account which is why you are unable to access your personal billing information.
We appreciate your patience. Should you have further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us again.”
This has been going on for 3 months now.
