I can’t see my usage stats and I contacted support and they said that it is because the usage stats are going to the account under my private relay email. But I’m not able to log in using the private relay email. But in any case, this doesn’t make sense. Is it really the case that if I use a private relay email that the usage stats will go there? Second, if that’s true, how do I get rid of using the private relay email and start using my normal email?

I’m gonna assume that you are using icloud relay. If you go settings - icloud - scroll down and see iCloud+Features. there is a option that says (Private Relay) turn it off and see if that works.
