Hey folks, happy to share that developer info (contact email and legal info URL from the manifest) are now visible in the ChatGPT plugin store! Thanks for being patient as we worked to roll this out.

One of these is not like the other.
Although further refinement would seem to take a manifest, I would push the legal info to require disclosure and activation agreement of a personal information policy and developer information disclosure - when you have plugins that are recording entire conversations when activated.
