Despite the successful payment, the account upgrade has not been processed for ChatGPT

I have been a ChatGPT Plus user since February 22, 2023. Last week, I repaid my subscription fee but my account was downgraded to a free tier account. Despite successfully making another payment, my account remains on the free tier, resulting in a loss of $40 over the past few days without any benefits. Unfortunately, the support team has been unresponsive.

Here is a record of my subscription payments:

  • February 22, 2023: $20.00 (Paid)
  • March 22, 2023: $20.00 (Past due ChatGPT Plus Subscription)
  • March 30, 2023: $20.00 (Paid ChatGPT Plus Subscription)
  • April 1, 2023: $20.00 (Failed ChatGPT Plus Subscription)
  • April 2, 2023: $20.00 (Paid ChatGPT Plus Subscription)

I have the same issue here. Do you get any solution?

I have also noticed a declined payment (after two successful ones in the last months), followed by being kicked out of the premium tier. I will try to contact support before upgrading again to avoid paying for nothing.
I am using a Revolut card and the declination was on the same day as the payment, so I guess they refused to get the money for some reason.

Renewed ChatGPT Plus but still getting the free version. Plus version appeared briefly but reverted back to free.

Upon reaching out to the support team, the problem was successfully resolved, and a refund was issued to me.
