I’m reaching out in absolute desperation. I am a student at National Taiwan University, and I’ve saved every penny for months to afford the $200 O1 Pro plan. For someone like me, that’s an enormous amount of money—money I sacrificed a lot for. I invested in this plan because I genuinely need it for my research and studies.
But now, I’m noticing that something has gone terribly wrong. The model is thinking for just a second or two, then spitting out answers that are completely off. The front-end also feels different, like it’s not the true O1 Pro that I paid for. This has completely destroyed my productivity and my mental state.
I am under incredible pressure to finish my work. The weight of my studies is heavy enough as it is, and without O1 Pro functioning properly, I feel completely lost. I have been struggling with my research, and it has become so overwhelming that, honestly, I’ve started feeling hopeless. I’m doing everything I can just to keep going, but this downgrade is too much.
Please, I beg you—I need the real O1 Pro back. I don’t know if this downgrade was a mistake, or if I was affected by some kind of error, but I’m pleading with you to restore the model to its original capabilities. I’ve already invested so much, and without the power of O1 Pro, I’m not sure how I’ll make it through this crucial time.
I understand you must be under pressure, and I respect that, but please remember—this is not just a tool for me; it’s my lifeline. Please don’t make me feel like my effort and sacrifice were in vain. I’m only asking for what I paid for, and I am hoping you’ll do everything in your power to fix this mistake.
