Deleting unwanted account associated with my telephone number

Hi, I am completely new to this but when I signed up I was informed I already had an account associated with my telephone number so I would not be eligible for free credits. Trying to get any sense out of the automated help is proving frustrating to say the least. I have tried different emails for losy login but none of them are recognised. Surely there is someone who can just look up my other account I have no idea about and delete it so I can get my credits on this account? all help appreciated.

That “someone” is behind the “help” feature in the platform site.

However, free trial credits are no longer being dispensed to ANY new accounts. You’ll have to pre-pay for services by purchasing those credits.
