Deleted account, but subscription payments persist

I deleted my ChatGPT Plus account, but I neglected to cancel my subscription before hitting ‘delete’, so I’m still getting charged for ChatGPT despite no longer having an account!

Given that I can no longer sign into my now deleted account to cancel my subscription, I have sent several messages to ChatGPT support to ask them to cancel it, with no response, which is rather frustrating. I called the bank to cancel the payment, but they advised me the vendor, ChatGPT, has to cancel it on their end. What a terrible UX.

Does anyone have any advice of how I can cancel my subscription for my now deleted account?
