Delete AI image generated from discussion

I have a problem that when I use ai image generator. I cannot use the discussion anymore without waiting hours to be able to have GBT 4o. Because there is that image
I just want to continue without the AI needing to use the image. Like please
I used it once. Now I have to start a whole new discussion from zero. Because of a single image.

I just want to delete the image so I can continue with GBT 3.5

Are you using ChatGPT Free because I did not see that problem on ChatGPT Plus. Also you mentioned:

But, ChatGPT uses GPT-4 and o1 models, there is not GPT-3.5. How do you continue with GPT-3.5?
