I wanted to report a bug I’ve encountered while using the Deep Research feature in ChatGPT. When I request an image in my prompt, the system acts as if it has successfully created the image, but the image never actually appears. There’s no visual display, and I can’t interact with it.
Additionally, this seems to affect the image library count. For instance, if I previously had two images in my library and I request a new one, the library icon updates to show a total of three images. But when I open the library, only the original two are visible—the third one (presumably the one that failed to display) is missing.
This has been consistent across multiple attempts.
Has anyone else experienced this? Would love to hear if there’s a workaround or if it’s already a known issue.
