Decline in o1pro Response Quality and Feature Availability

Issue Description

My three friends and I, who purchased the o1pro version for $200, have recently encountered a significant decline in response quality. Approximately three days ago, the quality of o1pro’s responses suddenly decreased markedly. Even when selecting the o1pro option, the answers are clearly not up to the standard that o1pro should maintain, giving the impression that it has been “dumbed down.”

Detailed Information

Upon closer inspection, we noticed that previously, when o1pro responded, a small o1pro response card would appear. However, since the decline in quality, this small card no longer appears. Additionally, after paying $200, the official team never clearly stated that o1pro has a usage limit. Now, it suddenly stops working, affecting four accounts. Currently, there is no available channel to report this issue.

Impact

The decline in o1pro’s response quality has severely impacted our work and user experience. This affects not only personal usage but also the normal operation of multiple accounts, causing significant inconvenience to our work processes.

Expectation

We hope the official team can promptly resolve the decline in o1pro’s response quality and clarify whether there are any usage limits. Additionally, we request the establishment of an effective feedback channel to report and address similar issues, ensuring that users can receive timely support and resolutions.

Additional Information

We have invested $200 in the o1pro version and expect the service to meet the promised standards. We urge the official team to take this issue seriously and address it promptly. We also encourage other users experiencing the same situation to share their experiences to collectively push for a resolution.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a swift and effective resolution.

Someone please send me details on any class action that results from this issue. o1 Pro has clearly been nerfed and is no longer what we paid for. They have done this on every paid model previously. On release, it’s real smart, then after people spend money on it, they make it stupid. It’s deliberate.

It constitutes tortious interference with a contract among other things, and it’s a dishonest business practice.

This needs to fail unless they stop doing it. If it’s not actionable, we need new laws to make it actionable.
