This is the message I keep receiving over and over again: “The code execution state was reset again, which means the uploaded file was lost. Could you please re-upload the file? I’ll process it immediately to avoid any further interruptions.”
I am getting the same. Quite frustrating

Trying to workaround this by implementing some custom functions, so that the assistant can re upload files to the code interpreter. But does not feel right.
