# Deactivated User Appeal: How to activate my account?

HI, I suddenly found my account, [547243068@qq.com](mailto:547243068@qq.com), was deactivated last week, I don’t know why, plz help to activate it, tks!

repeated attempts at disallowed use-cases?

same problem occured to me today and I did not violate any policies, i dont know how my account got triggered like this. Anyone here can help?
