Deactivated account ChatGPT and API

Need some help here,

i am ChatGPT+ user from the begining.

Today(4h ago), my account was suddenly “deactivated”. I did not get any email, or anything.
Before you ask, no i did not broke any ToS.

Whats up with that, i had ChatGPT+ and few days ago i just reloaded API with $.

What did go wrong?

Same thing just happened to me. There was no email and no reason for it to be deactivated. I’m a tier 4 developer in the API and just paid over 600 for the team account for my wife and I in April. Got an automated response from support but have not heard back from a real person. So much critical work there and my software relies on the API. Hopefully they fix it soon…

Still no response. This customer support is sadly abysmal.
