I turned on my VPN and the network error stopped happening and it downloaded successfully, weirdly enough. The audio files wouldn’t extract without error though.

I have been trying to solve this problem for months. Today I downloaded Nord VPN and then, instead of using Chrome I used Firefox. Generally speaking Chrome, would time out twice and then cancel the download. When using Firefox today, it would time out (approximately) around every 600mb; however, with my VPN active and using Firefox I was able to hit restart and continue each time. Today, I was able to get my data download.

I had the same issue, and your solution helped me. The download kept stopping, but every time I resumed it, it continued from where it left off.
After about five manual resumptions, it finally completed successfully. I used Proton VPN Free Plan, and Firefox browser.
