# Dalle.3 not generating images

I have selected DALL·E for image generation, but every prompt simply remains stuck at “Generating image…” with no errors and no images.
- I have tested across devices and browsers, tried incognito/private mode, disabled extensions, and logged out/in.
- The issue affects all prompts, both simple and complex.
- i have seen users are reporting similar issues.
how to resolve
