This looks account/verification-specific.
If you completed Persona verification but the Trusted Access for Cyber page still says your identity could not be verified or your account is ineligible, that sounds like something Support needs to check on the account/backend side. Because and I quote directly from the doc “Most users can complete Persona verification in just a few minutes. We refresh your status as soon as the flow finishes.”
I’d contact OpenAI Support through the Help Center and ask for escalation to a human review. Include the screenshot, account/workspace details, approximate verification time and explain that Persona verification completed but does not appear to be reflected on the Trusted Access for Cyber page.

I understand that this is frustrating, but I’m not an OpenAI employee, I’m just another community member.
When you say Support couldn’t help, what exactly happened? Did you not get a human reply, did they close the case, did they ask for more information or did the verification still fail after their response?
Since this is account/verification-specific, community members can’t check it. Only Support can investigate the account/backend side.
