Customize the Enterprise Workspace

I’m searching the Dev Community and docs and haven’t found an answer:

  1. We are an Enterprise customer, can we modify the CSS/UI for the Workspace. Would like to re-organize the main landing page.
  2. We currently only allow 1st party GPTs, any way to hide 3rd party GPTs on the landing page?
