Customer Support does not exist in any way shape or form. The named “individuals” are clearly bots. They give word for the word the exact same answers over and over. It is a scam, pure and simple. To the mods, if you want to unlist this, go ahead, it just shows a desire to censor, which I guess goes along with OpenAI’s policies. They want to release half finished gimmicks and get praised while ignoring actual issues. I will not list out the issues because frankly I don’t expect a solution from here, and I don’t really want one at this point. I just want to call out what is clearly a fraudulent business practice.

Looks like someone changed a tag to a bug. That is not accurate. This is not a bug. This is a deliberate lack of interest in actually serving paying customers.
Im unable to get any support beyond acknowledging my issue, and advice on how to contact customer support - which doesn’t seem to work
