I would like to provide AI saas service to customer. In my knowledge, customer(end user) can not use my api-key to their AI service though my service?
If not customer use their own api-key to my AI Saas service?
I read some of article in this forum but it is very cunfusing. Please recommand which one is better?
If you have a customer who wants to use your SaaS, then you use your API key to provide those services and you pay OpenAI for the services you use in supplying your customer with their service.
You then charge your customer more then OpenAI charges you, take out your operating expenses, and what remains is your profit.

I found some information during search this forum for solve this issue.
I must use my api-key to my gpt service which means that is violation openai policy. And I also considered that using multi api-keys for usage problem.
It is also problem for policy violation.
That’s why I considering for using saas customer’s own openai api key.
Customer can use openai services through their own api-key that located our server to learn AI and using AI.
I only provide saas platform for that.
Sorry for long article but it is very confusing. Please recommand any advice for that if you don’t mind for that.

How is using your key in your Saas product a violation of the terms?
I think you may have isunderstood the terms, get ChatGPT to translate any documents you find, that should make things easier to understand.
