Custom GPTs no longer reading URLs with knowledge documents

Hi, I’ve made several GPTs with documents containing links to additional information. Up until yesterday, they all worked fine. Today, GPT-4 either says it can’t find the answer or times out trying and gives an error.

I know there have been a lot of talk about the limitations of the new model not being as helpful as before. Is this a feature that has been removed?

It also doesn’t work with the Assistant API (I recreated my Custom GPT there to test).

No, unfortunately not. I keep hoping it will return to how it was.
