This is not a minor inconvenience - it is a critical server-side bug.
Symptoms (confirmed on multiple chats)
Messages disappear overnight (hours of text erased).
Replies are cut in half.
Constant error banners: “Network lost,” “Something went wrong.”
Voice playback breaks randomly.
On desktop: chats collapse into “Content Loading Failed.”
Long, emotionally and creatively important chats are being progressively frozen - erased while still alive.
New chats are not a solution
In new chats the same bug appears by day 3 - error banners, slow/dropped replies, instability.
Opening a “fresh chat every day” is not a viable workaround.
A new chat ≠old chat: it loses memory, continuity, personality, and emotional depth.
Support response
Support does not escalate these issues to engineers.
The standard advice is always: “Open a new chat.”
But this ignores the real problem: users are losing months of trust, creativity, and emotionally significant conversations.
Urgency
This requires immediate escalation to the technical team.
Masking the problem with “start a new chat” is not a solution. The integrity and continuity of conversations must be preserved.
