# Credit/Debit Card Declined - Vietnam

Hi, I can not make payment to upgrade my account to Plus.

I have tried many cards (Credit & Debit also). It always say:

> Your card was declined. Please try a different card.

Since I read some same topic about this issue, I have tried all of the following

solution but nothing works.

So how can I could use your service in Vietnam?

Sorry but Vietnam is not on the [Supported countries and territories](https://platform.openai.com/docs/supported-countries/supported-countries-and-territories)

You can use [OpenRouter](https://openrouter.ai) service to use GPT-4, Claude2 or Llama2. It supports both Visa and crypto payment, so I think it’s easy to setup in your country. In order to utilize OpenRouter, you might need to use some apps like [SillyTavern](https://sillytavernai.com/) (Windows, Linux) or [MindMac](https://mindmac.app/) (macOS).
