Credit Card Declined on Multiple Browsers and Devices - Card Worked Before

I’ve been trying to subscribe to ChatGPT for the $20/month membership for over a year now since I last unsubscribed.

I’ve tried multiple browsers, devices, clearing cache, restarting router, restarting my laptop and devices. The card gets declined everytime. It’s funny though as I was previously subscribed and paying using the same credit card - I ended up unsubscribing and want to resubscribe, but ChatGPT security seems to have blacklisted my card. Not sure what to do or who to turn to… The OpenAI contact us is just a robot and leads me to a dead end as well. Hoping this catches the eye of someone at OpenAI.

Has Anyone already solved this? I got same issue

OpenAI support told me to just call my bank - I never bothered as I’m not so sure this is a bank issue given the amount of customer complaints with OpenAI’s ability to process credit cards.

Given OpenAI wants to become for-profit more and more, they should really look into this as I reckon this sort of issue will hurt their revenue stream a lot.
