No, unfortunately I don’t know of any plugin for ChatGPT that can help you iterate to a perfectly crafted representation of what you are looking for. You may be able to get a close approximation with iterative prompting and using gen_id reference tricks. There is more discussion on that over HERE
Your best bet to get something as precise as you may need for your use case might be to create the individual elements using ChatGPT and then use a more robust program to put them all together.
