# "Could not validate file" error

Hi. Does anyone else have a problem where the API returns “Could not validate file” error immediately after uploading?

```auto

I’ve ran `openai tools fine_tunes.prepare_data` and it found no remediations, so it should be good to go?

The file contains ~500 items like this:
