Hi,
My bug report titled:
“Custom GPTs no longer appear in the menu inside existing chats or projects”
was closed shortly after the Support replied.
The issue is still not resolved on my account.
Custom GPTs still appear in brand-new chats, but remain missing from the @ menu in existing and branched conversations, both inside and outside Projects.
I have already completed the requested troubleshooting, reproduced the issue across Chrome and Safari, and escalated a detailed support case with screenshots, conversation details, Console results and a HAR capture.
Another user also confirmed experiencing the same issue in the original thread.
I get that topics may sometimes be closed after a report is handed off to Support. However, closing the thread prevents other affected users from confirming the issue or sharing additional findings/workarounds while the bug is still unresolved.
I don’t want to create a duplicate bug report.
Could a moderator please either:
- reopen my original thread, or
- confirm that it was intentionally closed because the issue is already being tracked internally?
My Community username is DavyC, and the original thread is the recent Custom GPT @-mention bug report in the ChatGPT Bugs category.
Thank you.
