Dear OpenAI Team,
I have noticed an issue when using Italian articles in ChatGPT. Specifically, there seems to be a problem when two vowels are adjacent. ChatGPT tends to omit the appropriate determinative article in these cases.
In Italian, we have three types of articles: definite articles (il, lo, la, i, gli, le), indefinite articles (un, uno, una), and partitive articles (del, dello, della, dei, degli, delle). When two vowels are close together, the correct determinative article should still be used, but this is not always the case in the model’s output.
Could you please review and improve the model to address this issue? Ensuring the correct use of articles when preceding vowels would greatly enhance the language accuracy.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Eclixar
