# Connection failure: Is the Platform is down?

I’ve been trying to access the [platform](https://platform.openai.com/) but it gives an error?

```auto
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: remote connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: No route to host

```
