Same issue. I have had 2 Teams accounts since forever, and neither of them can generate videos even though it said we could during the Sora signup process.

Sora access for new Pro accounts has been restored, but we're still working on Sora access for new Plus accounts. I'll keep this thread updated with any news!

Access to my account at least has been restored. I also noted that ChatGPT now links to sora(dot)chatgpt(dot)com instead of just sora(dot)com. Also seems to load faster.
Still waiting. Are we ever getting a solution to this?

Just adding that I’m also disappointed by this restriction. I’m willing to be patient while you fix, but to be honest, a more appropriate response from OpenAI would be a partial refund while the service is down- automatically deducted from the total subscription cost without users even having to ask. That’s doing honest business.
