It’s been whole seven days since this issue is going on with the reset timer limit which isn’t letting me use the application properly being a free tier user. I have been facing constant problems using the app.
After numerous emails, contacting the support team, the only thing I get is hollow replies, scripted apologies and assurances and nothing but sympathy. They keep replying that they have escalated the matter to the senior support team and will follow me up personality but what they do is being silent. Complete painful silence.
I have always known that chatgpt is an application which is free of cost, so i have a question IS IT REALLY FREE OR IT’S JUST FOR MAKING PEOPLE START USING IT, THEN AFTER A FEW MONTHS MAKE THEM PAY TO USE IT PROPERLY??? IS IT A SHOWOFF TO JUST WRITE THAT CHATGPT IS “FREE”??
This is what it means to use something that’s free just for attracting public. They can’t provide basic help when the one’s at fault here is them? Being users can’t we get a simple support or help or contact when we keep facing numerous issues with the application. Its our right. Either they answer, or say straight forward that they have a broken support system.
