I have noticed that there have been many posts on the topic of “Something went wrong while generating the response. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.” I notice that OpenAI were in the processing of fixing back on June 12 according to one of the earlier posts.
As a paid user, it is still not fixed and it is very frustrating. Every 2 to 3 requests within the same topic comes up with the same error.
I have done the normal things such as clearing cache, trying different web browsers and so forth but to no available.
Is there a solution? Thank you for your feedback.
