Does it work for you via Codex CLI or ChatGPT desktop app, i.e. /usage ?

Thanks for flagging this!
You should still be able to view your usage on the web via Settings > Usage.
Can you confirm what happens when you open the usage page - does it fail to load, show an error, or simply not display your limits?
