Please include:
- the email address you use for the affected workspace
- a HAR file from the Codex session where you hit the limit
- roughly when it happened, including timezone
- whether this is Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, etc.
- any screenshots of the rate-limit message
Once you have the support case, please share the case ID or the subject line here so we can track it internally and pull the information needed to debug what’s happening. Thank you!
