Codex on the chatgpt mobile app gives notifications pings when the chat is done. You get it on the codex desktop app but not on the codex part of chatgpt mobile app

Double-check that notifications for Codex are set to Push in the ChatGPT mobile app settings.

On iOS, I can see it under:
Profile/Settings → Notifications → Codex → Push

Could you add your device model, iOS/Android version and whether other ChatGPT push notifications work normally for you?

Also worth doing the usual checks: make sure the ChatGPT app is updated, then try logging out and back in.

MACのcodexアプリとスマホのchatGPTアプリを連携しました。
スマホから操作はできるようになったが、プッシュ通知が届かない。スマホとアプリの両方でプッシュ通知の設定は完璧に完了している。iphone13を利用しています。

Could you please answer those questions I’ve posted above you? Whether you get other ChatGPT push notifications, whether you recently updated both apps, log out and log back in?

Knowing that, would be helpful.

Hi.

If it can help, I had this problem and solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. (Codex windows + chatgpt ios app). Most probably a problem with the push token
