At the time you experienced this, there was a temporary outage affecting app integrations. During that window, you might have seen prompts to install plugins again or errors suggesting the integration was unavailable.
This has since been resolved, and things should now be working normally again.
If you’re still seeing issues:
- Try refreshing the session or restarting the chat
- Reconnecting the Notion integration if needed

Thanks, actually logging out of Codex and back in fixed it. The new plugin installed now I can carry on ![]()
