Codex - Create PR button not visible

Hi everyone,
Until recently, I was able to see the “Create Pull Request” button directly inside Codex when working with code, which made collaborating with GitHub much easier. However, the button has suddenly disappeared since this afternoon, even though my GitHub account is still connected and everything else seems to be working fine. I’m no longer seeing any errors like “Repository not initialized” — everything looks normal except the button is just gone. Has anyone else encountered this? Would appreciate any insight or updates!

Same problem!
Recently button just disappeared. MFA is activated.
