Their billing system flawlessly remembers to bill my CC $20 every month, but for some reason there is no way for them to respond to my many requests to allow me to access the account I am paying for. When I pointed out that I could not login, I was directed to login and correct the issue. Very helpful. I suggest reporting all charges from OpenAI as fraudulent, it is the only way i was able to recover my money. And still never talked to a single human being from OpenAI. Maybe the AI is already in charge, lol.

It lets me guess a time or two and then says “locked from excessive attempts.” I have requested a reset email dozens of times at least and that feature apparently doesn’t even exist.

Great. You forgot to tell me to check to see if my computer was plugged in. I got linked to that useless article first thing. I just need a password that works. I don’t get the big deal.

I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD. I can log in from NASA and I still won’t know my password. I need to reset my password.

How can this be complicated? Literally every website on Earth has a “forgot your password?” link, and they work just fine. Now I’ve got an actual Human and you can’t even send me a reset link? What the heck, man?

Yeah, very helpful, it links you to the first article the auto-help pops up, filled with useful tips like “be sure you are entering your password correctly” and other arcane secrets of the trade.
Sorry for the hassle, I am not part of the support team so don’t have the ability to send reset emails. You have a ticket open through the support chat right?
Yeah, and my letter to Santa will probably get a quicker response.
Been on them for a month and rarely even get the “hey we got your message” response.
Sorry I was just following the email chain and didn’t see your later response, I inferred from your title you were an employee with them. Just FYI, though, that article is useless.
So, are there any actual employees? Is OpenAI even a real company, or just a scam site?
