I’ve been trying to get 4o to accurately represent a cleft lip with some small success but i am hoping you can let it learn in this direction
It might help to differentiate types of cleft such as unilateral left, unilateral right, bilateral, and midline
It would also help if the image generator understood words like philtral ridge.
Currently 4o often draws monsters when I ask it for a picture of someone with a cleft, but with some effort we get close. I do think its learnable.
