After the last major update following the November 6th event, is GPT-4 still restricted to limited message quantities per hour? The specifics regarding these restrictions aren’t clearly specified. However, it seems that there are indeed usage caps in place, as indicated by the message that continues to appear occasionally. Additionally, it sometimes tells me that it can’t find the PDFs I upload or that with lengthy texts, I still receive the message that the text is too long. Can anyone clarify this situation for me?
