# Chatwithpdf plugin doesn't work

It could be considered doxxing which is a serious rule here. I hope you can find a resolution to this issue.

It may make sense to try and reach out to support and see if they can take down the plugin. It’s already breaking the rule of charging money for services.

Unfortunately both the support is completely overwhelmed and OpenAI hasn’t been enforcing their policies. So, no idea.
