Chats referring to old files

Anyone else having this? I upload a file to the chat at the conversation/thread level, and ask for an analysis, and it reads an old file. I have checked the calls and the file ID is correct. I go into the playground and look at my files and it’s the right document being sent and uploaded… the right is being used in the call… I’m at a loss…
