I’ve been using iOS app for months. I usually create a chat to describe images and the chat would usually recognize and access all images sent. In the past 2 weeks, the chats would totally ignore the images I sent last and would only recognize the ones I sent before. Even when I create a new chat and send images, it will ignore the attachments. It usually takes me 2-3 messages/commands to make it to recognize the images, access them, and then give the output. I am using GPT-4o model
