Been asking for almost a week for some sort of support as to why my account is a paid subscription, shows i am paid when i go to manage my subscription, shows i was charged TWICE, yet when i go to ChatGPT, it shows i am a free user, and i cannot get ANY response from support. Nice. Took the $ twice, responded zero. I’m 0-2 i guess. OpenAI for the win.
