Quick update: We just added multi-source data integration into the system. This means that you can create an Enterprise search replacement with ALL your websites and documents and business content (videos, podcasts, social media posts, groups, reviews, etc).
While this has many applications, the first use case seems to be customer service teams who can quickly get answers to customer tickets - without having to hunt down information on the website or PDF documents.
