Hello. Am I the only one experiencing this bug, where one second after I load the chatGPT web app, the whole UI is being squished down and I can’t read any messages (See attached photo).

the exact same thing happens with my UI, too… Are you using Safari browser, too?

Yeah, I’m using safari. I’m probably gonna have to switch to chrome though for the meantime.
iOS (Chrome) user here. Experiencing the same problem. Oddly enough, when I try to recreate the issue without an account, it won’t happen. It only happens when logged in.

Same issues here on both Safari and Chrome, iOS 17.5. No issues on Android.
Can confirm that something is wrong with safari and ChatGPT.
It won’t work both in safari and chrome and idk why, it’s happening to me too. Maybe it’s a bug that they have to fix
Yeah getting the same issue here, I’ve noticed that some UI elements don’t care about the squished UI, but most do. Probably something to do with an exception or failure in it trying to read the window size so it sets the UI to the bottom, I’m not an expert at all just what I’m thinking
Same thing happened with me. Are you using Safari by any chance? I didn’t have this issue with Chrome. I think that’s because only 3.5 is available there.
My MacBook Pro is also experiencing the same issue with the Safari browser. I have already cleared the cache, but it didn’t fix the problem. It works fine in Chrome.
Same issue for me. Using the latest version of Safari on a Mac.

Having the same problem in Safari on my iPhone - perhaps some developer used ChatGPT to help making a fast update to the UI code…
